Our Sculpt Facial is a faster pace, more energetic facial massage that focuses on working your facial muscles, releasing tensions in the jaw area, manual lymphatic drainage, stimulating blood flow and helping to detox the skin. You will walk out with contoured face shape, healthy glowing skin, reduced fine lines and more relaxed facial muscles. It's a workout for your face.
The Flow Body Massage

Our Body Massage is a slow, therapeutic massage designed to release tension, ease fatigue in muscles and calm the nervous system. Using grounding pressure, we work through areas of stress and restriction to leave you feeling looser, lighter and deeply relaxed.

The Ritual Facial is best if you want deep relaxation and a slower, more meditative experience. This could be a great place to start if you’re new to massage-focused facials.
The Sculpt Facial is best if you want a more energetic, contouring treatment that also relaxes tension in the face and jaw (great for TMJ).
You can also switch between the facial on the day after a consultation if you’re unsure.

We take care of your skin and wellbeing from protecting your skin barrier and work with fascia and lymphatic system, instead of offering quick fixes which often compromise the skin itself.

We use a small, considered range of natural products tailored to your skin.
We work with in-house blended oils formulated by our founder after over a decade of working with skin. Two other minimal clean brands we use are Janesce Skincare and Mechi natural sunscreen.
Our products are pregnancy, eczema, dermatitis and rosacea friendly. No artificial fragrance in any of our products used, and many organic ingredients and extracts.

Yes you can. Our facials and all products we use are pregnancy safe (no chemically active ingredients).
We recommend to book in after 12 weeks and before 30 weeks. As after 30 weeks, it would be uncomfortable to lay on your back for an extended period of time or rotate your body during the facial.
We have a treatment bed that can be elevated on a slight angle for your comfort and safety between 12-30 weeks.

We recommend a minimum 4 weeks down time after injectables to get a facial from us. As our facials are massage focused and massage all the muscles on the face.

We’re at 6 Newton Road. The entrance door is a few doors up from Viva Dance, a studio with big glass window. We’re right across the road from Meadowlark & Retro Scooter.
